What makes it useful?
Turns a rough sketch into realistic motion → storyboard a shot before committing to full production
Animates a single reference image → turn a still into a moving scene
Works from text alone → generate a video from scratch with just a prompt
How it works
Drag and drop the Generate Video tool onto your canvas.
Pick Gemini Omni Flash from the model list.
Add First Frame, Last Frame, and/or Reference Images depending on what you're making, and write your prompt.
Generate.
Settings you can control
Aspect Ratio: 16:9 or 9:16
Inputs: First Frame, Last Frame, Reference Images, and Text — all optional, so you can mix and match based on what you're creating
Things to keep in mind
If you're using a sketch as a motion guide, say so in your prompt (e.g., "use the drawing only as a guide for movement, don't show the drawing in the final video") — otherwise it may try to render the sketch itself
Reference Videos are not currently supported
When to use Gemini Omni Flash

In short
Gemini Omni Flash is the model to reach for when you want video without needing a finished asset to start from.
