How does it work?
When Monthly Credit Refresh is enabled for your organization, Fluidfit replenishes the organization's credits every month on the subscription date.
For example, if your subscription started on August 15, the monthly credit refresh will occur on the 15th of each month.
What happens to group credit assignments?
As part of the monthly refresh, credit assignments made to groups are reset to 0.
This means the organization administrator needs to reassign credits to groups after each monthly refresh, based on the organization's current requirements.
This gives administrators an opportunity to review and adjust group-level allocations each month rather than carrying forward previous assignments automatically.
