Where to find it: Settings → Admin → Usage
What it does
Gives admins a full breakdown of credit consumption across your organization
Lets you view usage by individual user or by group
Breaks totals down further by flow and by tool
Lets you export the data for reporting
How to use it
Open Settings and expand the Admin section in the sidebar, if it isn't expanded already.
Click Usage.
Toggle between User and Group to change how usage is broken down.
Use the filters — Groups, Users, Flows, Tools, and time period — to narrow down what you're looking at.
Click View to see the breakdown on screen, or Export to download it.
Filters you can apply
Groups → All Groups, or a specific group
Users → All users, or a specific user
Flows → All Flows, or a specific flow
Tools → All Tools, or a specific tool
Time period → defaults to This Month; choose a different range to look further back
A few things to keep in mind
This is the Admin Usage page under Settings → Admin, distinct from the Usage page in the main Settings sidebar.
Switching between User and Group changes how the same underlying data is grouped, not what data is included.
What you see here depends on your admin role: org admins see usage across the whole organization, while group admins only see usage for their own group(s).
In short
The new Admin Usage page gives admins one place to see exactly where the organization's credits are going — by user, by group, by flow, or by tool — and export it whenever they need to report on it.
